At GAYA Events, we care about the well-being of the planet and its inhabitants . Truly. That's why, in addition to creating sustainable events , we strive every day to organize initiatives that minimize negative impacts on the environment and society.
Corporate Sustainability and ESG Program
GAYA Events is certified as a fully sustainable company, in line with the European Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive ( CSRD ) and the Environmental, Social, and Governance ( ESG ) program. The goal is to track the impact that the choices we make every day—both corporate and operational, including supplier selection—have on the environment and people. This process is mandatory for companies with more than 15 employees, but we intend to follow it even if we have fewer employees.
Obtaining this certification was a long journey . There are many hurdles to overcome, especially bureaucratic ones, but fortunately we were able to count on a team of professionals who allowed us to achieve our goal. Why do we do it if it's not mandatory? By choice.
We believe it's important to let you know the impact our (and your) decisions have on the local area and the world. Thanks to this decision, we can proudly say we're a cutting-edge event planning agency .
ISO 20121 certification
We have already acquired the ISO 20121 certification, a management standard for thesustainable event organization involving more than 30 countries around the world to ensure responsible and environmentally friendly practices.
Furthermore, We take great care of the privacy of our customers and participants in order to ensure a high quality service that complies with all regulations in place.
GAYA Events for the third sector
We are deeply committed to making a difference by collaborating closely with nonprofits like Save the Children . Our goal is to amplify the impact of charity initiatives through corporate events that promote social inclusion and community support.
