We select and coordinate the right suppliers
We select the best suppliers to work with and organize their work, from logistics to catering, to ensure your event is flawless, exactly how you imagined it. We rely on new vendors, as well as trusted and established partnerships (did we mention we have twenty years of experience ?).
We manage and respect the budget
When you book an event, you want to avoid any nasty surprises , especially when it comes to the budget management. Our organizing office is also expert at this: they conduct feasibility studies and calculate every expense —even unexpected ones—to ensure you stick to the agreed-upon budget.
We take care of invitations (and confirmations)
We can send out invitations for you, but more importantly, we'll ask for confirmation of attendance. This way, attendance will be high and the event will run smoothly and flawlessly.
We look for the right speakers for your event
Want to organize a convention or workshop? We'll take care of the speakers! We'll find the most suitable names for the event, contact them, and ensure every aspect of their presentations is taken care of down to the smallest detail.
You will have a dedicate project manager

We ask for feedback and follow up
Our continues even once the event is over. We collect opinions and feedback based on the experience (information that will also be useful for improving the organization of your next event!) and we handle communication to keep the memory of the experience alive.
