CONVENTION NAZIONALE VIRTUALE – STARDEA

Stardea, a company of the group Vemedia Pharma, has also decided in the wake of the success of the event Vemedia to open the 2021 with a virtual convention that would make it more participatory team to motivate them to achieve business objectives even in a difficult period, reward them for the work done during the pandemic and interact with the same through quizzes, instant polls and gamification.

The Gaya Events application, also completely customised for Stardea, played the leading role in the organisation of the event and was used in all the organisational aspects such as recruitment, the organisational secretariat, streaming management, the help desk and the management of quizzes and instant polls.

The agents were also involved in a virtual game with prizes, focused on the knowledge of the products to be marketed, which saw 5 winners.
